Charts, rankings and figures on this site are free to republish under CC BY 4.0 with credit — you do not need our permission, and you do not need to wait for a reply. Everything you need is in the press kit and on how to cite us. Write to us if you want a custom cut of the data, a figure checked before publication, or context on what a number means. We would rather answer a question than see a number used incorrectly.

Corrections

If something here looks wrong, please tell us. Include the page address and what you saw — a screenshot helps. We check it against the agency source, correct the page if we are wrong, and note what changed. A data publisher that will not take corrections is not worth citing.

Widget support

Our border wait-time widget is free to put on any site. If it is not displaying correctly, send us the page you have installed it on and we will look.

What we cannot help with

• Your actual border crossing, flight or bus. We are not a government agency and have no access to your file, your application, or any individual case. Contact the agency directly — we link the official page on every board.
• Changing a wait time. We only report what the agencies publish.
